Pilot Partnership FAQs

How long does the pilot partnership last?

A pilot campus has unlimited free access through July 31, 2027. Teachers receive 30 days of initial access and must complete three required 30-minute trainings to maintain access. Each completed training extends access by 60 days, and completing all three extends access through July 31, 2027. Failure to complete the trainings within the required timeframes will result in revoked access.

If a teacher’s access expires during the pilot due to incomplete trainings, can it be reinstated?

Yes, a teacher’s access will be reinstated as soon as the necessary training(s) are completed. All previous progress and work are retained.

Can just one teacher pilot?

The pilot offer is for the entire campus and requires administrator approval. We encourage all math teachers be included at the start of the pilot.  This does not mean that all teachers will continue to participate throughout the year.

Administrators must understand that each campus gets only ONE pilot, so having as many teachers and students as possible participate is recommended.

Can homeschools pilot?

The pilot program is available to public and private schools. Pilot requirements include multiple teachers and 20+ students. Our homeschool options are found on our homeschool page.

What if only some of the math staff wants to participate?

The pilot is available to all math teachers and instructional support staff. If only some teachers utilize the offer, that is fine – the offer still expires on July 31, 2027. Remember that each campus gets only ONE pilot, so having as many teachers and students as possible participate is recommended but not required.

What if I used GMM at my previous school, can my new school pilot?

If your new campus has never used GMM in the past, then your campus is eligible for the pilot.

Does GMM integrate with SSO, like Google Classroom, ClassLink, or Clever?

GMM has SSO integrations with Google Classroom, ClassLink, and Clever. During the pilot year, regular rostering is encouraged as more features are enabled with regular rostering.  Once you are a paying customer, you are welcome to roster with your preferred SSO provider.

Are there hidden fees associated with the pilot?

The pilot program is free for eligible schools.

What is the price after the pilot?

We piloted GMM several years ago, but we have a new team now. Can we pilot?

Your campus may be eligible depending on the timing and usage data. Please reach out to info@getmoremath.com to inquire.

Is GMM aligned to any specific curriculums?

GMM is aligned to each states’ standards for grades 3 -11. In addition, GMM has state assessment prep. GMM is not a set curriculum and pairs well with the curriculum of your choice.
